Positive: Nice structure, very central, beautiful garden with pool. Good breakfast. Really service-minded and polite staff, especially Maggie. Transfer to airport included.

Negative: Room is nice but quite basic. Often there was no hot water.

Positive: Location is close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast if good. Staff is excellent. They have free shuttle to/from the airport.

Negative: Shuttle to airport can be more flexible. We were shuttled to the airport 4 hours before our flight and the airport's seating area was not open until an hour after we arrived.

Positive: perfect location, close to everything in town. All rooms also have access to the garden. And the garden is truly amazing! It’s like an oasis or a little paradise on an island that already feels like paradise…so even if the rooms are a bit simple, they are spacious and you have everything you need. Great value for money. They also organise shuttle service to and from the airport, you don’t need to pay for it or worry about anything, they take great care of you.

Negative: Shower was a bit outdated, and beds might be a bit small for larger persons, but we had no problems.

Positive: Location is excellent. Staff are helpful, Nicolas arrenged an perfect rapa nui tour for us. Breakfast was very good. Room was silent. Pool was quite good.

Negative: There was no wifi, TV and coffee machine in the room.

Negative: WiFi is only in public areas. You have to come out in the rain to contact your tour driver. No convenient. Wifi in the room is a must. Need improvement.
